Ingredients
- 4 cups mixed nuts or ½ cups of 8 varieties
- 2 tsp ground cinnamon
- ½ tsp ground mixed spice
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- 3 tsp pure maple syrup
- 1 egg white
Method
- Preheat oven to 160°C.
- Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl and toss with your hands, making sure nuts are coated well.
- Lay on a baking tray lined with baking paper and cook for 25 minutes until golden. Cool completely and serve.
Tips
Keep in airtight jar for up to 1 week.
