Ingredients
- 1 cup macadamias
- 1 cup peanuts
- Pinch of salt
Method
- Place nuts and a pinch of salt into a food processor and blend continuously for 3-4 minutes or until a smooth paste forms.
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 10 days.
Tips
For a deeper, richer flavoured nut butter, try roasting the nuts prior to blending.
